"Have you tried clearing your cache?"

If you don't find the answer to your question here, we have a wonderful community on Discord that can help with any technical issues, or you can simply open a support ticket and staff can assist you!

GENERAL

How do I connect to the server?

Please make sure you're a member in our Discord Server before loading into the server through RedM.

1. Download RedM here.

2. Download TeamSpeak (3.6.2) here, and SaltyChat (4.0.1) here. Both are required to be able to use your mic in the server. With this being said, please also DISABLE IN-GAME VOICE CHAT ONCE LOADED INTO THE SERVER.

3. Once all are downloaded, simply connect to the GPRP Teamspeak using this link: ... and search for Green Pastures RP in the server list on RedM or once RedM is open - connect through your f8 menu by pasting this code in the bar: ...

How do I disable the in-game voice chat?

1. When in the server, hit ESC and go to Settings

2. Select Audio and scroll down to Voice Chat Enabled

3. Turn this off

Is the server whitelisted or open to everyone?

Currently, the server is not whitelisted.

Can I have my character participate in corruption?

If you are planning to follow a corruption route with your character, it needs to be approved and known by staff. Please open a support ticket on Discord for more details.

How do I open a business?

Head over to Business Applications and fill in the form. We encourage players to make a legitimate Business Proposal through a website like Google Docs / Canva or in the form of a PDF and paste the link in this form. Be creative and in-depth!

What year is it in Green Valley?

The year is 1896. Head over to Server Lore to learn more about 'what happened'.

Do I need a mic to play?

Yes, this is essential.

​

Should I be on Vulkan or DX12?

NVIDIA Users: DirectX12

AMD Users: Vulkan

TROUBLESHOOTING

To avoid possible technical troubles, make sure your cache is cleared regularly. A build up of this is often the cause of laggy gameplay, slow loading screens and/or game crashes.

How do I clear my cache?

1. Right-click on your RedM shortcut on your desktop and Open File Location

2. Select RedM Application Data

3. Open the file labeled data

4. Delete all 3 folders that say "cache" in them - should be; cache, server-cache and server-cache-priv

 

I own RDR2 on Steam but I'm stuck on "Launching Initial Load".

1. Add RedM to Steam as a 'Non-Steam Game

2. Launch RedM through Steam

3. Rockstar Login should pop up - login

I own RDR2 on Epic Games but I'm stuck on "Launching Initial Load".

1. Go to RedM Install Directory

2. Find: EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll

3. Rename it to: EOSSDK-disabled.dll

4. Relaunch RedM

Uninstall the Epic Games Laumcher completely. Some setups force RDO instead of RedM due to an Epic Games Launcher conflict.

I'm getting a Rage Error.

Verify your game files.

1. Windows Key + R

2. Type in %appdata% and hit enter

3. Follow the file path %appdata%\roaming\CitizenFX

4. Delete the rdr3_settings folder

5. Run RedM

I have an infinite loading screen.

If you are loading into a RedM server for the very first time, a possible fix is to load into RDO at least once after installing RedM onto your computer.

Add RedM as a Non-Steam game on Steam and launch it from there.

​

OR

​

This can sometimes occur after clearing your cache, if you open your f8 and see all the cache still loading, just wait it out. RedM is basically downloading all the server assets again which is normal.

​

1. Close RedM

2. Open Task Manager

3. Scroll down and locate all instances of RuntimeBroker.exe

4. Rick-click and End Task on all of them

​

I keep getting a "Pure Mode" prompt on RedM.

1. Right-click your RedM shortcut

2. Select Properties and head to Shortcut

3. At the end where it says exe, add a space and type pure_1 and Apply
